Support, and Roblox Admins should go back to people who have been banned, or accounts that have been inactive for 2years+ (there are plenty, don't worry.) and delete the accounts. This way, it makes the pool of player names open again. Also, it's super simple just to make name changing free, but limit to once, or twice a year with a smaller fee. Especially to players who have been playing this game for eight years, and hate their name now. I mean, I was nine. I should be able to change my name at least once, don't you think? |

How about letting you changing your username 10 times and then you have to pay robux to change your username again and if you don't want to pay you have to wait 3 weeks? |

It's really not pointless. Once people make an account, especially when they are younger, years later they may be kicking themself for making an account with such a stupid username. And yeah, 1000 robux is a lot of money, especially for NBC users. |

1/2 support. I don't think it should be free. It should be lowered to 500 Robux instead, and then changing it back to a former name is free.
When you change your username it is locked. That means each time you change your name the old one is locked. That also means that you can have an infinite amount of usernames. If all users could change their name for free, then too many usernames would get taken and new users would have less options for their names. |

Well after years after having an account you would think one would have 1000 robux to change their name. 1000 robux is worth like 10 bucks, nbc can buy that if they want to change their name. If they can't afford too bad so sad.

I think that ROBLOX should make it so the FIRST and ONLY the first username change is free, then each change after you must pay. This would mean that anyone who regrets choosing a username or has outgrown a name (like me) can change it once, but if they make the same mistake or something, they need to pay. |

Even though I would agree with this as a straight-forward point of view, as other people have done so without looking at the downfalls.
The issue with free usernames is that people would have already changed their username with the fee. What do you think they're going to say? Because they won't be happy that they just wasted robux without a reason.
Another reason is because it will most likely have to have a limit implemented as people would be changing names continuously everyday.
The meaning of a suggestion is not just for your own behalf, you need to think of everyone and not yourself. Think about it. This is not a signature.

That's why once you change your username, Roblox deletes it and puts it back into the pool of available names, along with accounts that have been inactive 2+ years, and people who have been banned indefinitely.

They won't say anything, because they are the ones arguing that 1000 robux isn't a lot of money. Besides, it's not like they haven't done it before. Remember when Roblox lowered the Price Floor from 300 tix to 100 tix? Do you know how many people demanded refunds? Roblox didn't care, and eventually, people went back to their daily routine. The same will happen. |

I'm not sure about name changes being free, but paying 1000 robux just to change one letter in your name to a capital can be annoying.

no support for many reasons
1) this can cause some sort of inflation rush in roblox which would make the economy crash even faster than other economies
2)this can be used easily to avoid admin punishment in games which means there can be someone who abuses a power gets banned then changes his/her name which means that they can get back to abusing the game.
