Roblox vs minecraft has been HUGE since minecraft was made, but why must they fight? why can't they just be friends? SO many questions. O.o

I know, and I don't know why people think it's a good Idea to compare them if they're nothing alike in any way shape or from. they say the people are the same size, but a robloxian stands at 5"3' and Steve is 6"11. plus minecraft is a survival game, and roblox is a Physics-based sandbox.

I don't get why people argue over which one is better. Both are digital sandboxes. It depends on what game style you like and how much money you'll willing to pay.

I don't think either is superior, and they all have great potential and are good, but I like the community of minecraft a bit more at times.

@sonicadc, Minecraft has a better community overall. The creators and developers of the game actually care and take a lot of feedback from the community on what to add, remove, or fix. If you haven't seen the connections with Dinnerbone and the Mindcrack Minecraft Server community, you should check it out; it's great!

I know, right. Minecraft is a survival game. ROBLOX is NOT, I repeat NOT a game. It is a game CREATION TOOL. How can you compare a game-creation tool and a survival game? You COULD compare a ROBLOX GAME and Minecraft, but cmon, a tool and a survival game? I see it like this: Gamers/non-programmers/builders would prefer Minecraft, they don't WANT to make games. Programmers/builders would maybe prefer Roblox, they can script and build any game they like. That's the logic I see.

yeah, and I mean, I love roblox and I'm not a big fan of minecraft (I find it kinda boring) but that's what I think. My friend loves minecraft and has never heard of roblox. that's why I think roblox vs minecraft is a really REALLY dumb idea.

Roblox vs Minecraft is stupid, Roblox, as an earlier post states, is more of a tool rather than a game, so shouldn't be compared to a sandbox game. I love Minecraft and Roblox, and people shouldn't be getting worried about it. In my opinion, this argument is pathetic, and should be left behind. Too many arguments are created between games, usually the same one, and are just silly and easy to solve. For example, Herobrine. We all know that Mojang never scripted these stupid things that this 'mob' does. People still argue. People 'believing' in him make downloads to assist the argument FOR his existence, they are dumb and need to grow up. All arguments are unnecessary, and are easily solved, but aren't. Can't gamers just get along? -Don't argue, agree to disagree- That's my actual signature, not a statement.

It's probably the fact that most websites I go on that say "Roblox vs minecraft" on them are made by Americans. So maybe I should re-name this forum "Americans are fat ugly turds".
