I know this is technically useless but its sorta worth a shot.
Basically my idea is to have a "videos" section at the top part of your screen, where theres home, games catalog, etc.
There would be an option there between Games and Catalog, labeled "Videos". Clicking that will send you to a page like any other one would look like, but it has sort of a cinema looking backround. There will be genres such as "Movies"" "Reviews" "Gameplay" "Comedy" or whatever other stuff people post. There will be a small header saying "Watch user submitted videos that are all about ROBLOX!"
It will basically look LIKE youtube, but not exactly similar.
To upload a video, you would simply have to click a button that says "Upload". When doing so, It will send you to another page, showing an empty bar that you can type stuff into. It will say,
"Post the link of your video!"
and below that, it would say
"Dont have a video? Browse for one!"
To make sure that the roblox videos are safe for kids, and not spam and avertisements about some other product, The roblox admins would have to check the video. If there is any swearing or some sort of scam, troll, or advertisemen etc., The video would not be uploaded and the user would be warned, or tempbanned.
Your videos may NOT be over 15 minutes, this is similar to youtubes function for new youtubers, but you would not be able to change that. Videos over 15 minutes would probably reduce space in roblox. Any videos larger then 15 minutes will be rejected.

KEY: A=For uploading directly from youtube.
B=Uploading from your folders, Like clicking "browse" and uploading a decal.
1. Record a roblox video.
2A. Upload it to youtube.
2B. Click Brose
3A. In the typable bar, copy and paste the link of your youtube video, and click upload, Your video would then be held for approval by roblox admins.
3B.Click Browse, and look through your roblox videos to find the one you like, and click upload, Your video would then be held for approval by roblox
admins.
