Just thinking over somethings I would like to see Roblox add to Groups:
1.] A better Treasury set up. This would include:
a.] A way to exchange Robux/Tix. If you have robux, you can buy group role-sets (Ranks), but ads are bought by tix. If I have all the ranks made already, there should be a way to convert the group's remaining robux to tix.
b.] A way to pay tribute to other groups. This would be useful to donate to an allied group, or from a division to a main group.
c.] A to sell game passes through the group, for the group to get the profit.
2.] A new group branch set up. This idea was pioneered mostly by dart219.
a.] These would cost as much as creating a new group.
b.] These would be listed under a new tab: Branches.
c.] These would not take up any group space, but be counted as one with the core group.
d.] These would have a small note under the name of the group it belonged to.
3.] A group message system. This would enable any user who has access to the group admin page to:
a.] Send a PM to all users in the group under the name of your group.
b.] Be able to send the message to specifically one user under the name of your group.
c.] Be able to send one message to all users of a certain rank under the name of your group.
d.] Be able to send one message to all users of a certain rank or lower under the name of your group.
e.] Be able to send one message to all users of a certain rank or higher under the name of your group.
f.] Be able to send to multiple persons of differing ranks if specified under the name of your group.
4.] A PM notification of promotion, demotion or exile.
a.] This would send a message under the name of your group to a user that had been promoted, demoted, or exiled. This message could be customized by the group owner to say something like: " Congratulations! You have been promoted to the rank of _____!" or "You have been demoted for the following reasons: _______" Also the ability to automatically demote a user after being not on roblox for a certain period of time (Ex. 6 months).
