Roblox also needs a system were you can mute annoying players, its hard to go play SFOTH and talk to players when theres some scrub spamming the chats.

Yeah, An Ignore Button would be awesome, That could be added in the in-game leaderboard, Like: Report Player; Send friend Request; Mute Player. Like that. Good idea :3

I've done this with my admin commands, I've added in almost exactly what you specified and it works well. Problem is, it's easier to ban a player than do this.

bump TL;DR: I know you can mute players ingame but the point of this suggestion is adding a built in mute system to work with other existing punishments, So bans are given less often for such simple things like saying one bad word or using slang in private messages which will get you banned even without a report from the other side.

I don't support this. When you break a rule (even when it's just chatting something Roblox deems inappropriate), it's an ineffective punishment if they have access to EVERYTHING except in-game chat. Besides, being muted isn't that big of a deal. I sure wouldn't learn my lesson where one had to be learned from this.

You probably haven't been muted in a game for one entire month. That's your opinion, I still support mine. Being muted is tedious. Being banned gets you playing another game.
