Help, can't play any games?

I am trying to play games but it says that I have to download it first. I've done that about three times, but it still keeps telling me I need to download it. What should I do?

If you're using windows 7 and mozzila, press play, download it, press the arrow pointing down in the top right corner near the X, press ROBLOX, and press yes. See how it works.
