Actually, violence *is* a natural tendency in humans. Have you heard of the "flight or fight responce"? If not, then you should go look it up, because I shouldn't need to explain it. You are also arrogant enough that you think you know about somebody more than they know themsself, which falls under "playing God". He has a right to get angry at that; anybody with a stable mind and a healthy amount of independance should. You are also arrogant enough that you think you know about somebody more than they know themsself, which falls under "playing God". He has a right to get angry at that; anybody with a stable mind and a healthy amount of independance should. I have much more that I am going to post once I figure out what part of it is breaking Roblox's Rules.

@kiwi Seriously. Words of wisdom from the overprotective mom. I remember when I was 6, 7, 8. I did not know that much computer abilities. My brother, 10 years. That's his age. He plays gun games like that all the time. Even I do and lots of children know not to do that. It encourages them to make games like that but still there are slim chances of them actually blowing up people and causing a warfare. If you want to go up against gun, go up against GTA or something like that.

And... Just because... Here's some stuff for you, OP: http://www.roblox.com/Trench-Warfare-Shotgun-item?id=94233344 http://www.roblox.com/Luger-Pistol-item?id=95354288 http://www.roblox.com/Sten-Gun-item?id=95354304 http://www.roblox.com/Mauser-96-item?id=97885552 http://www.roblox.com/M1-Garand-item?id=94233286 Look at those sales. I'll do some math for you 25,381 total sales among those 5 gear, and counting. 5,150,000 Robux from one of those gear alone. Among all of the gear, 17,951,750 Robux, and counting. Firearms on ROBLOX? Not going anywhere. ~>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SM3ziqqSWo<~

jacob, things like that will not convince her, she has already shown her ignorance. You have to show facts and statistics (though it might not work even then). I am trying to do that, but it keeps touching into things that go against Roblox's rules, making it hard to post.

That last post is a statistic, directly related to this game. There is too much money invested in ROBLOX firearms, and ROBLOX has already spotlighted multiple games that use firearms. They aren't going anywhere anytime soon. That, is a fact. ~>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SM3ziqqSWo<~

Studies have also shown that video games is the least contributing factor to violence (to the point of that it isn't a factor at all). Teenagers living in "rough" neighborhoods were interviewed as to what they think is the top 10 contributing factors to the violence in their neighborhoods. Here is the list: 1. The Media 2. [Something Against Roblox's Rules...though it is not games] 3. [Something Against Roblox's Rules...though it is not games] 4. Unemployment 5. Weapons 6. Poverty 7. Peer Pressure 8. Broken Homes 9. Poor Family Environment / Bad Neighborhoods 10. Intolerance / Ignorance

Let me break it down for you: 1) The Media: The reason why this tends to show up is a psychological thing that happens in the human brain. Have you ever heard the saying "Don't shoot the messager"? What happens is that when a person hears bad news, his first tendency is to "shoot the messager", or blame the entity that told him the bad news in this case. 2) [CENSOR...Stupid Roblox.] 3) [CENSOR...Stupid Roblox.] 4) Unemployment: When this is a reason, it is mostly just a personal vendetta going on. 5) Weapons: What makes people think this is because the weapons are in the wrong hands. A tool has the moralities of its beholder. If the holder wishes to protect his friends and family (selfless acts), then the tool will move to do so. However, if the holder is selfish, and holds the tool for his own personal gain, then it will move on selfish tendencies. A weapon (a tool) is just an extension of its holder, both body and mind. 6) Poverty: This one kind of ties in with Unemployment. 7) Peer Pressure: This one is based highly on [CENSOR]. If you have less [CENSOR], there would be less peer pressure. 8) Broken Homes: Honestly, I am not entirely sure how this one is even here, since it is the same as 'poverty'. 9) Poor Family Environment / Bad Neighborhoods: Along with the [CENSOR] thing, this also goes into bad parenting. I personally find this one as one of the more crucial ones. A person's most trusted person is his family. 10) Intolerance / Ignorance: This is a big one here, and I am actually glad that this one showed up on the list. You, Kiwi, *easily* fall into this category. You are intolerant towards guns, and ignorant towards the truth when it is presented to you. I pity you. I really do. I can't imagine going through my life unable to learn, even when the facts are jammed right into my face. I apologize for all the "CENSOR"s. Most of them, except for 1 or 2, are about "certain groups of people that use weapons and have fights", while the other two were "things that can negatively effect your body".

(This is the last one from my original thread. Sorry for so many. I had to try to find what was causing it to be blocked.) Not convincing enough? Okay. The cluster of neighborhoods that I live in has every age group. *Every* kid, teen, and young adult I know plays games with "high violence" in it and watches some form of action movie with people dying. We are actually able to leave our doors unlocked because there is no crime in the city (at least this area of it that I am talking about).

Broken homes falls under parents divorcing or fighting. In the case of the latter, it would increase violence due to the child being raised on seeing the parents deliver harm unto one another. They are imprinted upon with that behavior before knowing right form wrong. At least, that's how I see it. ~>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SM3ziqqSWo<~

"They're not "blocks". Some of them have bodies, they all have faces, shirts, clothing, HAIR, and all the distinctive features of a human being. Yes, it is gruesome to see someone blown to bits." Everything on Roblox are blocks. Trees are blocks. Decals are blocks. Guns are blocks. Even Telamon is a block. The only thing that aren't blocks are the scripts. And killing other ROBLOXians with gun is just making them explode with no blood. What the f**k is wrong with you Kiwi? I guess you watched too much anti blood commercials.

So, did you mean that we can be lawyers by playing Phoenix Wright, and we can be a racer by playing Gran Turismo or Forza ? Or did you mean that we would become a illegal street racer by playing Need For Speed? Outside the video games, do I become a secret spy by watching Mission Impossible? Or do I become a maniac with a car that flips other car or a street racer with high-performance cars by watching Fast and Furious? Also, some people said that they become a fantasy creature by playing fantasy games, they get a ability to blow peoples away by shouting and become a dragon by playing Skylim. Fascinating.

There was this old saying (though I might not get it 100% correct, but the idea of it is still there) that says "If you swim in the water, that does not make you a fish".

I also fly around in a space ship and protect the galaxy by killing space pirates and metroids (Metroid...my username used to be MetroidSlayer), while also hopping through time and saving the world from evil by using a special golden triangle (Zelda). Don't forget that I also save people by killing zombies (BO2). Then there is me flying through the time vortex and saving the universe time after time (Doctor Who). Long story short, I am..."The Chosen One"!

Now, if we go into shows as well, I am an artifact finding (Warehouse 13) zombie hunting (The Walking Dead) arrow shooting (Arrow) time traveling (Doctor Who again) alien fighting (Torchwood) soul eating (Soul Eater) samari (Bleach) ninja exorcist (Blue Exorcist and Naruto).
