Stupid WNTS... does everyone follow all the laws? NO! Anyway Laws are changed and tweaked often to and rules and yes laws are sometimes broken and the world is a better place for it... if Laws and rules where never broken then America would of never done the actions that led to independence and would still be part of the British (or at least the Common Wealth). Stuff WNTS it limits progress. As for this idea/Suggestion I think its good (I would like a larger cap but meh).

What about this? -5 tix to comment -10 Tix to 15 Tix (Adds 1 bonus per day and stacks till 15 if one day is skipped back to 10Tix) This SHOULD remove a lot of spammers and make the community a bit more happier with bonus money. Supporting access's idea.

WNTS is a guideline. The main purpose is to prevent people from posting stuff like "REMOVE THIS UPDATE I HATE IT" and "GIVE NBC FREE MONEY." WNTS is by no means a reason to revoke support from an otherwise good idea.
