Yes, Tov's English was very bad. Foreigner or not, I blame him a lot more than other things. MakeupGirl, Dragomir, Engineer, and you, Rodrigo could all learn English very well, why couldn't Tov? An he was so close in that one... He just missed an E in "coffee". But he missed punctuation too. Tk tk tk.
