and I see I only have one winlogon.exe but i have a bunch of chrome.exe and it says that they are users? am i keylogged..

I have a few chrome.exes too, so I think it is normal.

Google Chrome starts at least one chrome.exe process per tab you have open, as well as a process for rendering, plugins and the like. This is a measure to avoid your entire browser from crashing if one tab, plugin or rendering goes wrong. It is perfectly normal! Ravenshield
