An unexpected error has occurred and roblox needs to quit

Hello Robloxians, everytime I try to join a game it loads for a second and a window pops up saying "An unexpected error has occurred and ROBLOX needs to quit. We're Sorry!". It keeps doing this and I do not know why, I would love for some help. Also, my computer recently erased all of my saved documents and such but saving some of my installed things, like Paint.NET and Google Chrome..

I think you have a virus and deleting or corrupting files time to scan your computer with nortan.

The problem is your system, like the guy said, it could have some sort of virus. Or you have slow internet connection. ◙ℐᾔᾔ◎√α⊥℮◙

I'm pretty sure I've got a virus, although l did scan and nothing bad, just some potential threats that are gone.
