I sent a Email to ROBLOX. After 3 days, I finally got a reply...I was happy to see the answer and it was: How would you like to rate the support given? Now, I'm just curious, Does that sound like help? They never answered my question. Just asked how the support was. Stupid Automated systems...

Yeah, I know that but I don't respond back. Yet the next day they still say the same thing "rate our support"

They always do that... So many times that has been done to me and I reply with "No." and it's the same "Rate our support" e-mail that gets replied to MY reply. -Can't touch this Mods-

Once my account was hacked so I sent an email to [email protected] and they said, and I quote, "There is no such thing as hacking." I eventually got my account back. Interestingly enough the hacker only went into one game. Didn't do anything else. I'm a milocricket.

Hey, I would suggest checking your spam/junk email folder to see if you may have missed their response. That email should only be sent out after they've already responded to your email.
