Hunger Games starterpacks scripts? kits? etc

I have a thing for Hunger games and I need starter-packs for one. but not the obvious ones like coolgoldboy15 or terratronic's ALT... I need a unique one just for me i'd give all credit for it and make sure the parson is an admin or some type crap............[PLEASE COMMENT ON IT IF U HAVE AN OPINION OR IF YOU ARE WILLING TO HELP]
