As of 11/15/13 The update that came out the other day has been horrible. My game says "The game has shut down" Whenever I try to play a game. If I get lucky I can play a game for ten minutes. Does anyone else has this problem?

My ROBLOX player won't work I can visit the website but I've been trying to download and redownload ROBLOX but it gives me the launcher but still not game playing ability... FIX NOW PLEASE ROBLOX!!!!!!!!!!!

How about some details on your problem. What OS are you using? Have you got anything running in the background that might affect the loading (Like a network throttle)? What exactly do you see when you try to load? Have you deleted Roblox and let it reinstall? Anything else you can think of that might help..

@ARb All of your following steps isn't useful for even the Dwonload loop. I have ried uninstalling and reinstalling but it keeps giving me the "How to" download window when I try to play a game. I believe it has to do with the new update.

Because the graphics card in my machine isn't all that great. I actually lowered my ROBLOX graphics and that seemed to help with the issue a bit.

First I think you should try to delete all the downloads and luanchers from the newest update, after that try playing Roblox on the Roblox player or Roblox studio.This update might also have to do something with old luanchers, because I set up Roblox on another computer for the newest update, and it works just fine.

@Sum I play ROBLOX on google chrome, I never used roblox launcher.. And I highly doubt the update, cause it just happened after it.
