Error message when trying to join a place [HELP]

It says - This is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Some places dont have this error and some do. How can I get rid of this??

@sword i re installed roblox and it worked.
