For bricks, you can re-size by dragging the spheres, and move by dragging the arrows. However, with GUIs, you have to edit the properties. Playing with the properties to get them just right takes time. It would be much quicker and easier to have a system more like bricks, where circles and arrows would appear for re-sizing and moving, that you could just click and drag. One possible way to make this work would be to add extra buttons in the tool bar. You then would click on the icon, then select the GUI and circles or arrows would appear that would let you easily re-size and move the GUI. Again, much like bricks. Please consider.

I have no idea how to make GUIs in the first place, and I would be to lazy to make them anyways. If this were implamented, I would actually attempt it. (That is if I wanted to) Support

Supersupport! This would make GUIs waaaaaaay simpler.

No support. If you want this, you can go make a plugin for it, or go and find one that's already out there. For bricks, a resizing tools is necessary due to the tight confines you can find yourself in. Their size and position don't vary between screen sizes either. For GUIs, you do not need a tool to do this. If ROBLOX did add a tool then GUIs would look completely different between screen sizes, or even if ROBLOX counteracted that some people would want the GUIs to be specific to a certain screen size, etc.

Support If ROBLOX designed this as opposed to a plugin, I am pretty sure they would find a way so that the GUI design will stay proportionate to any screen and still maintain its original look and design.

@Neo, I still completely disagree with it. Whilst it may make it easier, it would also inevitably be a lot more fiddly, and you wouldn't be able to use the whole of the screen (there would come a point when the thing you need to drag goes outside clickable range). You would also have the issue of some people wanting their GUIs to look exactly the same on every screen, and others who would prefer to just cater to one screen size, etc. I stand by my point. If you want it, make your own plugin for it, or look for one (as there is inevitably one out there).

Quorum, as you probably know, there is both a Scale and an Offset property of X and Y. Scale changes based on screen size, but Offset is the number of pixels. For the GUI re-sizing tool, it could just affect the scale property (which I think is better). If someone really wanted to use Offset, Roblox could devise a way to make that an option.

I agree with Quorum, BUT also support this. A plugin for this would be much easier, but I feel if we had both the option of classic GUI interface, mixed with this new idea it would be nice. I've spent 5+ hours JUST GETTING THE RIGHT GUI SIZE AND POSITIONING. And remember how you said GUI Resize? I have more to add... GUI Dragger. We have one with parts, that thing.

@Perci, I'm merely saying that unlike a simple brick resizer/positioner, there would be a lot of factors involved during it's creation. It wouldn't be worth the time.

Well, I guess we we will just have to disagree. As for the plugin, that would be fine. But first, someone has to make the plugin. I'm not nearly good enough at scripting to do it.
