My friend had that. He gave me the metal thing but I threw it away after a few months of looking at it at night. I remember we used to think the pictures were real and discuss how we would confront Leatherface and his family when we were older and put an end to the unsolved crime.

After watching the movie again I have come to the conclusion that I like the remake (slightly) more than the original. Sorry Les.

It's coo. I like 2 more than all of them. I've actually been getting bored of the original now that I've seen it more than a few times. It's a good film but there's only so much to see when you watch it. TCM2 on the other hand...

The remake is underrated IMO. I know I toss that word around alot, but I truly mean it this time.

The remake did what remakes should do. It changed things around so it wasn't the same as watching the original movie, but it wasn't so different that you felt alienated. The atmosphere was intense and Leatherface was brutal throughout. The characters were likable too.
