gifs should be uploaded the same way you upload a decal. you can paste it on a brick. I think this would be a better substitute instead of uploading individual frames, which is a HUGE hassle. Also, it can't be more than 15 seconds long, like sounds. Can be bought with 500 RBUX each

You can make animated pictures. Their is an anime one now of Baka to Test. http://www.roblox.com/Baka-to-test-animation-in-Tv-form-for-your-house-item?id=85180278 It's a lot harder work doing the animation like that but that's a way to get a gif type of thing.

1) ROBLOX's automatic moderation program would not be able to easily process these pending images. - Inappropriate content could be easily hidden within the image. - The GIF could contain a strobe effect or rapidly flashing colors, presenting a medical danger to those with epilepsy. It would be almost impossible for a program to detect such patterns. 2) ROBLOX would have to hire extra employees just to moderate these GIFs. - Although there is a fee for submitting a GIF of 500 RBUX each, this will not pay for itself and for the extra employees' monthly wages, inducing a net drain on ROBLOX's profits. - GIFs are not a major selling point for a children's online game, therefore the expenses cannot be written off by marketing. - ROBLOX will not higher "volunteer" moderators that are willing not to be paid at all. - Many who play ROBLOX are under the age of labor (age at which they can legally work for a company) in their state or country and thus not applicable, even for volunteer work. - Those applicable could have bias against certain accounts and the content they submit.

You can make this with an UNBELIEVABLY, and I repeat, UNBELIEVABLY simple script. I'll even write it for you. Put it in a brick with a decal on it, you'll have to do some slight editing. while true do script.Parent.Decal.Texture = ("insert the asset id inbetween quotes") wait(number of seconds) script.Parent.Decal.Texture = ("another id if you want") wait(number of seconds") script.Parent.Decal.Texture = ("a fourth decal if you want") wait(number of seconds) --If you want a loop, keep the while true do, the final wait at the end, and the end end There, I made it easy for you.

And if you want to add more decals to your anmiation as ColorfulBrendon made for you, all you have to do it copy/pasy the wait, and the script.Parent.Decal part of it. wait("Seconds") script.Parent.Decal.Texture = ("Decal1") wait("Seconds") script.Parent.Decal.Texture = ("Decal2") wait("Seconds") script.Parent.Decal.Texture = ("Decal3") wait("Seconds") script.Parent.Decal.Texture = ("Decal4") Just continuously copy/paste that, along with the loop (while true do) and end, and it'll seem just like a gif, wihtout a hassel on ROBLOX's end.

@Flosky, wait("Seconds") Actually, when it comes to numerial things like the amount of seconds to wait, there's no ""s. Same goes for Color3s and Vector3s. But if it's something like a brick color, or text, then does require ""s

GIFs are hard to moderate. If you could add sound to GIFs, that wouldn't be nice.
