Currently I am developing a Game like 'TribalWars' and 'Travian'. A Strategy game allowing players to create a village and fight against or with each other. Adding a new workspace to Roblox Studios. Allowing players to add values and variables ect to it. If your game has multiple servers running everything that is saved in the new workspace will constantly save on every server. Basically a small data-base to every game that updates constantly. This idea would mean a game like 'Tribalwars' or 'Travian' could be created on Roblox and players could attack other player even when the other is offline. So every players village location on the map, troops, resources and so on are shown on every server and are constantly updated/saved.

It's just a idea so developers can use a system that constantly updates data from every server to every other server. I came across this idea creating a 'TribalWars' based Strategic game. So everyone is able to attack everyone from anyone who's played. I'd then be able to use this to create a Global Map, Village Statistics and troops statistics ect.

Currently they're working on data persistence that you can save to the place, rather than the player. You could technically use that in order to accomplish that, or utilise HTTPService when that comes out. Either way, doable, soon.

I'm trying to accomplish a 'Global' Data Persistence System. For example: Whenever a player first joins the game, there village's location is added. So everyone who has played it will see there village on the map being able to attack/defend or send resources to it.
