So I read this on an ATR forum, and i thought it was a pretty cool idea. so the idea isn't mine, i'm just sharing it.
It said: "Instead of handing out site bans why not send out temporary forum bans, it would be a new banning system. You could test out new features with the forum ban to improve your site bans."
