Ever since I got a mic, and have played ROBLOX, I was always talking to people on other software that was available. So knowing me I came up with this idea about 2 years ago.

Here is some details:
Mute Button - for when you don't like the person/people with music on.
Mic Icon - This will be a simple sound icon that symbolizes who is speaking, and this will have a .5 transparency of a background color. This will help differentiate the speakers. This can help you find out who to mute, and tell when your friends are talking!
Age restriction - You MUST be at least 13+ with account verified to be able to use the microphone feature, this is too keep little kids safe from hearing people, and also will help with lost accounts.
As it continues to grow (Which I am sure it will,) the features will become
better, (Such as quality, icons, ect.)

I don't exactly support this, because what if there is like a mega server and everyone is talking at once? Or are you talking about adding someone into the chat and they can accept or decline? |

WNTS. Also, it's impossible to filter chat, and kids lie about them being 13+.

I understand its impossible to filter it, but if bullying, and swearing occur, they can use this magic this called the MUTE BUTTON.
Mega Servers would be a good place not to have it. (Although not many anyway)
An Accept or Decline thing in game could be even better!
Kinda like an X.box Live party, but in Game!

Use skype or teamspeak. Why would you want microphone chat in a kids site? And the age liars won't know about the mute button.

No support. most of the time 4 year olds might lie about their age and use the microphone. |

1. Kids lie about there age
2. People spam.
3. You can't moderate it.
4. Skype,teamspeak are other things to use instead.
5. It would take FOREVER to put in if it was.

Many players will start insulting and trolling others and that will increase the de-popularity in the game or ROBLOX so... No Support, sorry.

No, Because people lie about their age, It can't be monitored-filtered, People will play music through their mic, And there are more problems, too.

But there is issues that will occur.
But this will cost lots of money for ROBLOX even though they have lots.
And maybe add this.
If someone is swearing a lot or is talking against ROBLOX rules, you could report, and the player who got reported and the player who reported their voice memo (chat) gets saved to ROBLOX to be checked. Probably not happening but worth a try. |

Good idea, like a chat log, that reoccurs for 5 minutes on end recording then deleting the last if not reported.
This support is helping I think guys, keep up the support and idea!
