cant get started and playing

when ever I try to play a pop up appears saying how to get started and saying a window will pop up to download the game but the window never pops up? I have a windows 7 if that helps at all. I would like to play soon so if you can tell me what im doing wrong please help.

look at the bottom left corner, you should see a box that says what you just clicked on to get there just click on it and the run page will popup click run
