just because someone is wearing some dark clothing or has on eyeliner DOES NOT make them emo!
emo can be a type of music, and i sooo wouldnt classify Evanescence as that.
Even if we were talking about people, emo has to do with emotional crap and what not.
Learn what words are before you start using them.

Their music isn't emo either. They were actually labeled as a Christian band for a period of time. Emo music is stuff like Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, Paramore, My Chemical Romance, and Jimmy Eat World, not Evanescence. |

dude their not emo and yeah for a time they were considered christian and labeling the music as emo is not right yeah fall out boy and panic at the disco ( My fav Band) are more of a considered emo music group if i had to id label evanscene as Gothic but yeah and dont go labeling things emo if u dont kno what it is u think u might kno but u dont kno half |
