To acsess S&I users must
-Be forced to read, agree to, and accept the rules and WNTS
-Have atleast 100 post count
This would cut back on trolls.
If the user breaks the rules/WNTS the get warnngs/reminder/suspension in this order
-remind
-warn
-warn
-one day suspension* from S&I
-three day suspension* from S&I
-three day suspension* from S&I
-one week suspension* from S&I
Etc, eventually getting a permanate ban** on S&I. Also maybe we could do probahtion- a moderater has to aprove your post before you even post it.
I also think the following rules should be added:
-Title should clearly state idea
-Whining about the moderaters never reading anything. It doesnt change anything, and just anoys us,
-Bump once every two hours. No more than that.
*On a suspension you can read the posts, but you cannot post.
**Of course you would have a chance to appeal.
