1) I think this could be fixed, without making to were people can spam over and over.
2) I posted a comment, and someone said something rather rude about it, and I wanted to shut them up, but I couldn't because of the time before you can post again.
3) Twenty minutes passed, and I tried again but yet again, I could not post. I'm not sure if this was a minor glitch, or that was really the time it takes.
Answer To The Problem;
Reduce the time before you can post, but don't make it to where you can post over and over, like spam. Reduce the time to maybe 5-10 Minutes, so once again you can't spam but can post before 2025.
