That guy is probably dead by now, but I'm just saying it's kinda creepy because he's supposed to glow in the dark and he's always grinning.
Which gets me creeped out not by the fact that he's just some creeper in the woods trying to make you laugh.
No, it's the fact that he's only seen on land close to UFO sightings.
