My old acc, Redranger408 was hacked/stolen from a phishing site by VoxSidus, who is apparently deleted because I reported him. I emailed ROBLOX and they asked me for my Credi t Card number, I finnally gave it to them and now I have to call, but they are always not answering and I know it's because they are busy. But is there any other possible way I can do this? I gave them every proof I had :L I worked so hard for everything on that account.

You're not supposed to give them your credit card number. Just send them an email from from the email address that you bought BC with.

I suggest you call Roblox, they are slow when it comes to email

Yes they ask you your credit card info. its the only way they can truly verify whose account it is.

This happened to me once as well. You have 10 days before your data is cleared. You should email them at [email protected] and give them all the details.

I've been emailing them since Summer + my email that I used for TBC is blocked for some reason.
