Citizens feel unsafe, the crime rate is extremely high and there are no police, thus showing that the public sector is ill-funded.
Several riots are shooting out, mainly because of the crime rate and unemployment rate. |

Very few people join the police ranks, due to its condition and its wage.
They brutally beat the rioters, even though there is few of them, witnesses claim they heard people shouting ''We'll get you for this!''
The public sector remains ill-funded, and is worse due to the unequal balance, more then 1/2 going to the police sector, and the remaining split up between the rest, that's what you get for using all this police. |

The rebellion falls at a great memorable battle, but it isn't going to give up just yet, you're going to have to develop some new tactic, because the rebels are far in the way of guerilla.
The employment rate goes down futher, and soon the economy will go, and you're going to have to move to enslavement. |

People feel unsafe, the amount of police around their houses... I don't blame them.
Productivity is managing to sustain itself, but education and those crummy hospitals still need a lot of work.

With the propaganda and that daring feat, the rebels are almost gone, people estimate they only have 100 men left.
Schools and hospitals slightly improve, but trust me, they are going to need lots of work.
A slight improvement has been seen from the economy, but only slight.
Citizens feel unsafe due to the military which go around there house, and because of this they have started fleeing to other countries. |

Improve border control to keep the population from going away,and have a new law for troops to not go around there homes without the occupants permission. |

The civs feel a little safer, but because of this, crime increases.
Houses are becoming too cheap as there are loads of them around the country, it will affect the economy, but if you want to keep your economy you have to demolish houses.
