Seriously need help

Whenever i enter any place mine or any other i just start out in the middle of the place and keep falling to my death. I have tried re-installing roblox and that didnt work, neither did logging out or trying a new web browser I need help!!!!

i had the same problem! AND... I WAS WEARING THE SAME SHIRT!!!! turn it off and everything should be fixed. try 2 wear nothing but colors! so, no hats, t-shirts, shirts or pants. if that doesn't works then i don't know it anymore! cuz it worked 2 me!
