1) No. 2) No. The price is set at 1kR$ as a deterrent to prevent people repeatedly changing their username. The price is on course with other website which offer the same service, at a price. 3) No. If this were implemented it would have to be 100R$ so as to prevent people finding abandoned groups, renaming them, and using them for free. 4) No. The price is put there, again, as a deterrent for abuse. 5) No. The fee is put there in an effort to minimise the amount of people getting rich "overnight". It's also put there to try and control the market, slightly. 6) No. The game creator could then go through and delete all negative comments, and so on. 7) No. The ratings were put there as a non-removable feature, as a way to signify whether or not the game should be played, even if the comments were disabled. If ROBLOX allowed you to disable it, it would have no purpose as every scammer, etc would just disable it. 8) No. 9) NO. Each audio has to be listened to by an actual moderator before it's published. If it were to be free, it would encourage users to "spam sounds" to the moderation queue. The cost is also put there to minimise the amount of people uploading to their servers, and taking up their space. 10) Sure.
