[SHORT INTRO] I will leave the choice of whether or not this should be a Roblox Studio tool itself or if it will just be the ability to import meshes from our computers, but let me get to the point on why this is useful and why I personally want this to happen. I have titled each reason based on what each one is about, so feel free to skip those that do not pertain to you. [FOR THE RPG DEVELOPER] The first reason is for all of you RPG creators out there, myself included. I feel that this is extremely necessary for the developers of RPG's because we are very limited as to what kinds of in game armors and weapons we can award our players. This is mainly due to the fact that we are limited to only being able to recolor Roblox created hats, gear, and miscellaneous clothing meshes. The rewards in games like Dungeon Delver feel tend to feel very repetitive, given the fact that players are looking at the same old meshes they always see. [FOR THE ARTIST/MESH VENDOR] Now I know what some of you may be thinking, "But what if someone just makes a recolor of dominus?". Well, obviously the staff would have to figure a way around that possible issue. However, if the staff created and moderated a mesh creation tool for Roblox, then I am sure that things like that WOULD NOT happen. Now let me get back on track with this reason... PLEASE. So Roblox is about being creative and being able to show our creativity to others through our creations, right? Well I feel, and I am sure the other developers out there share my view also, that we should be receive compensation in the form of tickets and/or robux (one day maybe real money) for the meshes that we create. [FOR EVERYONE ELSE] In general, I feel that it would very awesome and fill everyone with excitement if we had the ability to create our own hat, gear, and clothing meshes. For some this will add another layer of realism to games or even add an additional means of gaining robux. For others this will help create games that are vastly superior to the games that exist now or help give users another goal to reach for as developers. The possibilities are just endless when you think about it and if this feature is implemented in the correct fashion, then I am sure that this idea will help Roblox more than it can ever hurt Roblox.

I completely support this. I would love to be able to create custom meshes, just think of the possibilities! I hope Roblox adds this feature.

You missed my point... I said in there that there should be a Roblox specific tool in STUDIO. So if there is a moderation issue, then the staff can fix it.
