Sweden

We withdraw many troops from japan, but still leave a respectable amount of aircraft and ships to defend from the Koreas for a short time if they decide to attack again.
We send a trade request to Sweden, and ask to establish embassies there.
We ask Russia to help us block the Korean attacks into the pacific.
We begin pouring money into a new secret nuclear testing grounds for expirements and storage in Alaska.
We create an embargo on the UK, just untill they erraticate the measles. We ask them to not take offense from this, and we send some goverment scientists to help them form a cure or preventive medicen.
