*The Atlas Secretly orbits Earth (They found a material that let's them pass through the rings since it makes the people think no ships are going through the rings when one is but it's rare and expensive to refine so it's limited only to large millitary vehicles Frigate sized or bigger) and hijacks a popular T.V signal broadcasting this message to Earth* "People of Earth this is the USSC we are not rebels as you are taught, but a country formed seperatly from the convergence of the old countries a country attacked by the alliance because they wanted to force their opinion on us a country who under attack defended itself and now they don't attack us because we disagree but because we are more advanced then them so people of Earth reb-" *The message is cut short as control of the signal is regained by the Alliance who say this* "People of Earth do not listen to them they are rebels trying to turn you against the mighty alliance and despite what they say we are more advanced then them *He doesn't give a look like he believes what he's saying* so don't listen to them because they want you to obey them so they can control you."

Captain:"Ok unleash the new metal triganite (What they named tiberium since they don't know what it's named) on the POWs" *in the drop pods the shielding blocking the tiberium is opened and the POWs inside are then mutated into strong wierd monsters*
