Guests can't join

I've recently finished my game, "Zombie outbreak". I've been trying to get it popular. I then realized guests cannot join my game. As soon as they enter, they freeze on "Waiting for Character". I've tested this myself, and I've seen it happen multiple times. As much as I don't like guests, I still need them to help make my game popular. I never inserted any type of "anti guest script". Why is this happening? Can anyone help?

Probably because the guest isn't actually a user, if your trying to find users, it may return false.

I'm not trying to find guests. I see them join my game, then leave 5 seconds later. I logged onto my game as a guest to find out what was happening. It froze on "Waiting for Character", and I couldn't get on as a guest. Anyone else?

All the scripts I currently have in workspace are: Dynamic Day/Night cycle Gamepass giver Pack Giver (shows hunger and thirst on leaderboard) Food (script for eating/drinking) Kohl's admin commands v2.

I tried disabling Pack Giver and I tried joining as a guest, still didn't work. first post edit: Guests don't freeze on waiting for character. They join, and automatically get removed from the workspace.
