1.All stadiums must have Skyscraper09's NRBL tools.
2.Basepaths must be measured using NRBL ruler
3.No running outside baseline
4.No running with anything other than glove(only if in field)
5.Only official Umpires can ump a game.
6.Only 8 players max on a team.
7. Only 5 players allowed on the field at a time
8.Manager or co manager must play in each game.
9.In field, there will only be a pitcher, 2 outfielders, and 2 infielders.
10.All umps calls are final. If you argue, you will be banned from game.
