Yes they do with this feature if you a mod, after the user post there Idea. Thre would be a button that only a mod can see and It would be a SUpport or Dis Support button

Cook, they are supposed to look at S&I anyway, thats what some of them do (not full time, but it's part of their job)

This means a lot for S&I. Hell it would be an automated system rather. If the user is a moderator+ and if they viewed the forum post, then it shows some picture on the post that shows they have seen it. THis would be for technical support and S&I only though
