Hi there,
If you're trying to play a game and repeatedly being asked to download or install ROBLOX, please play from a different browser such as FireFox or Google Chrome. There is an issue with some Internet Explorer browsers that our team is working on fixing soon.
For some players this is also happening on alternate browsers. Please also try doing the following:
Still try using a different browser than the one you regularly use.
Go to your downloads folder and delete all ROBLOX downloads from that folder, then try playing ROBLOX. Please let us know if that works for you.
For the time being, you can also try playing in ROBLOX Studio.

Major, I use studio to play games it works. I suggest people play on Studio if they're having problems. I noticed that I was having the same issue, so I tried studio and it works! |

Unfortunately soon does mean 6 months. I informed an admin about the 2013 ROBLOX Balloon like 6 months ago, and they were all like "YEP WE KNOW ITS GLITCHED WE'RE FIXIN IT EXPECT IT TO BE REPAIRED SOON"
I dunno if it's been fixed lately, I haven't checked, but I did check like a month ago and it was still busted

Yeah I'm agreeing with @CinnabonNinja post I'm still using it and it's happening to me when I'm using that browser. |

Please try using an alternate browser, if it occurs for you in Chrome. You can also try playing via Studio.
You can also try deleting all downloads of the ROBLOX Player and Studio files from your download folder, then try clicking "Play".
Make sure you're not using any extensions in your browser that could be interfering with ROBLOX.
Soon does not mean 6 months - as we know that there are multiple players experiencing this issue, but remember ROBLOX is a big platform and when we fix something we want to make sure it's not only going to fix an issue, but not create more issues. A lot of developer work and testing go into the process. We know it can be frustrating at times, but we do appreciate your patience and hope to have this fixed sooooooooooon. :)

Studio wont start, as it as a blue screen, or wont start at all, but the window opens. I have a un modified ROBLOX Game. |

It doesn't work on all browsers I have. Even ROBLOX Studio doesn't work.
