Okay, we have all had those times when you and your impromptu buddies are chilling out with orc blades and basic pew pew guns when some noob comes and shows up with a bluster buster, hyperlaser gun and a powerful health potion, basically owning the server, unfairly.
Let's change that.
How the gear tier system will work, is that each and every gear will be either classed as either a certain tier (e.g. tier 6) or unrestricted (applies to harmless social items and whatnot).
Additionally, place owners can limit gear to a certain tier or allow all gear, regardless of tier, to their places. And for the scripters (of course, with a new gameplay related feature, new code!) can utilize places that are consisted of a battlefield that switches the tier of of weapons in the players hands every round, game passes that allow higher ranking gear in use, and even rooms that allows only particular tiers, the possibilities are endless!
The tiers include:
-Tier 1: Applies to very weak weapons and powerups like the wooden sword and Bloxy Cola.
-Tier 2: Applies to rather weak but decent overwise powered weapons and powerups like the rental claymore and the watermelon.
-Tier 3: Things are starting to hurt more, tier 3 weapons and powerups will deal decent power, but still rather weak when compared to the top tier 10 weapons; like the Riptide (not exactly sure if it fits here, but I remember killing an AI in five hits with it or whatever) and the Shuriken of the Clan of the Crescent Moon.
-Tier 4: Applies to decently moderate weapons and powerups, like the rolling pin and the cupcake launcher.
-Tier 5: Applies to moderately powerful weapons and powerups, like the katana and the 8-Bit Throwing Barrel
-Tier 6: Applies to weapons and powerups of moderate power and destruction, weapons here apply to the epic bundle of TNT and the Sheriff Finnster's Seven-Shooter.
-Tier 7: Applies to powerful weapons like the The General's .45 and the Phoenix.
Tier 8: Applies to dangerously powerful weapons that apply to weapons and powerups like the Tri-Laser 333 (even though I kind of dislike that a lot...) and the Explosive Super Glider.
-Tier 9: Applies to the most dangerous, but miss a notch compared to tier 10. Applies to gear like the Sten Gun and Artemis Bow.
Tier 10: Applies to the most notorious, dangerous, and the most criticized and most powerful of gear. Examples include the Cloak of the Undying and the Laser Guided Missile Launcher.
-Unrestricted: These items are merely harmless and don't deserve to be classed, examples include the beachball and the fake C4.

Exactly! Even the so called "social items" like the Sparkle Time Lump of Coal should be categorized in a tier, despite its social item categorization. |

horrible idea, this also would limit money roblox made as no one wants to buy gear if you cant use it (plus c4 is used in a amazing spawn kill loop) no support. |
