I took the time to read it and there is nothing here I disagree with. Our community is too destructive to realize how much potential S&I has. It's a chance for the mods to ask us, the players, what WE want, what WE like, our ideas as players. The community needs more people with this mindset. People are far too destructive and as soon as something happens they don't personally agree with they'll just hate on it endlessly. No constructive help to an idea, just things like "no" or "get out" or "this is a bad idea". In the case of a troll thread just ignore it. Don't even post. But no, the troll threads get all the attention. People thrive on controversy I guess.

Just read through the whole thing again Why do you seem to blame it all on Meelo, then praise Meelo's Quintessential Thread? (Wow, I just realized that "Quintessential" is a word, and has nothing to do with the number 5...) I'd have to say the best idea out of all of these is the offsite S&I.
