My main @ccount, EpicCybertronian got banned on 14/01/2014 or 01/14/2014 if you are from the United States of America. I recently purchased Outrageous Builders Club (OBC) for a month due to its cheap price on ROBLOX Mobile, and 2 days later, I got banned for swearing, although ROBLOX has a blacklist and whitelist, meaning some words get censored. I will be able to activate my @ccount after 2 days from the time I post this, and my OBC will still be activated meaning I will lose 3 days of the 1 month I bought, so here is my suggestion for the ROBLOX Admins... If someone has bought BC/TBC/OBC and gets banned for a while (not forever) deactivate the Builders Club while he/she is banned so there is no loss of BC (example: EpicCybertronian Banned for 3 days = Remove OBC for 3 days and add it onto the 1 month of OBC afterwards). Thank you for your time, EpicCybertronianAlt (EpicCybertronian)

As far as I can tell, from what you described, it sounds like you're at fault for what happened anyways. As a general rule, swearing is not permitted on ROBLOX. Swearing of any kind may put you at risk for any level of ban or moderation action against your account, including loss of time of Builder's Club. Bans like this are often a stronger lesson to users than those who do not pay for the service. Basically, don't swear, don't break the rules. You'll be fine. Now, on a more personal note, EpicCybertronian, you should be glad you didn't get a heavier sentence against your account. I believe that three days is justified. Just because words are censored, doesn't mean that it isn't just as bad. You do need to be more careful.

Totally agree with SilentPaw on this. I could understand ROBLOX giving you the three days backs, or freezing it, if the ban wasn't justified (their filters filtering a word incorrectly).

As both of them said, you shouldn't have broken le rules. It's how life works.

You'll still collect your daily stipend, maintain control of groups, keep all your places, etc. Its not like its wasting your BC it's just making you stay offline for a it; And if this was your first offense, swearing wouldn't be a 3 day ban, so you've done this before.

What I'm trying to say, is that the ROBLOX Admins should deactivate your @ccount for atleast 24 hours and not 3 days... what you say still gets censored, and all I said was "wth". It's stupid!

Different violations grants different punishments. Your history and that specific violation was enough to earn you a 3-day ban. Whether the ban was justified or not, is up to the Moderation team to review. To get them to re-review the ban, send an email to [email protected]

Yet, I'm an active member, I have payed roblox over 100 pounds for BC/TBC/OBC and robux cards, and they still ban me...

@Epic, Yes, because nobody is above or below the rules. There's not some hidden clause in the TOS which excludes all BC members from receiving bans.

If you wish for your membership on this great site to continue, I would advice you to show some respect. As DataStore said, nobody is above or below the rules.

@InitalTheGreat What for saying 'Account'? that's just wrong... it's has another meaning too instead of just a roblox account, it can be used for "Taking things into account"

Well, I TOTALLY agree with the first reply. We should follow the rules, never break it. Well, basically, in real life, you (IMAGINE!!) speed your car (go above the speed limits) you get fined by the Police (unless they are [IMAGINE!!] lazy cops {arh, no. Please don't hate me}). You park in NO PARKING zone, your car gets towed, you have to pay the fine. You won't get your car back until you pay them the fine. So, in ROBLOX, you have to pay the fine [ the fine is getting banned ] and then you will get your car back [ the car is your OBC ]. So, well, even smaller children play ROBLOX, and they even create 13+ accounts (like me, I'm 11). Do not swear again. Otherwise you are the one who suffers. Thank you for spending time reading this.

@Addminister Most people on roblox are 12-15 or maybe even 16 and only like 10% are kids that are 8-11, besides I've got my account back so we can all shush...

The rules are a little too strict anyway... like people report games like "Get a job and raise a family" for ODing but that's what the game's really about...

Its a punishment. Not a little party to keep your money wasted. If you dont like it then leave. ROBLOX isnt gonna reward people for breaking rules, are they? And if you directed "WTH" to someone that explains why you got banned
