F.E.A.R. Honors Division (HD) - Idk/10 It's a bit inactive, They mostly accepted the most skilled members in FEAR, Instead of Veterans in the old days. Active/Inactive
F.E.A.R. Military Police (MP) - 4/10 It can be corrupted in anytime, Really inactive, Rarely have training, but I would give them a 4/10 just because they are reforming a the moment. Inactive at the moment
F.E.A.R. Supreme Court (FSC) - 4/10 Same as MP But can't be in danger of corruption. Activeness: I Don't know what.
F.E.A.R. Intelligence Division (FID) - 5/10 They are really working as hard as they can, really active, But I never seen them in missions, Active
F.E.A.R. Covert Ops (FCO) - 3.5/10 I don't know why they have this still, I never seen them in action, but I'm a former FCO they have some pretty skilled members.
But this year I've never seen them in action yet. Activeness: I don't know what.

Special OPs (FSO) - 1/10 For this Division I've experience the group, Not so active, not really important, also I've never seen a single team of FSO do anything special, and not so very skilled, all I see is Low Ranks yelling to me "I'M IN FSO, I'M MORE SKILLED THAN YOU!". FSO Get active and behave well. Inactive

Armacham Technology Corporation (ATC) - Not many updates, and working a bit slow.
F.E.A.R. Replica Forces (RF) - Most active out of all, honestly. LordNobody is running it very well.
F.E.A.R. Honors Division (HD) - Not that active, and not many events happening. I suggest invite more people.
F.E.A.R. Military Police (MP) - Very inactive, and needs to host alot more events.
F.E.A.R. Supreme Court (FSC) - I dont think it is needed, since it barely has nothing to do with F.E.A.R. I suggest General Iroc, should it down, because of its inactivity. (Most inactive out of all of them)
F.E.A.R. Intelligence Division (FID) - I also, see no point why we have this division.
F.E.A.R. Covert Ops (FCO) - It was a little active, as I remember, but it now also shows there is no point in having this group.
F.E.A.R. Special OPs (FSO) - Hosts a training maybe twice a week. Helped me alot learning how to sword fight.

F.E.A.R. Honors Division (HD) - Completely pointless. It's not a division of FEAR, just a hangout group for all of FEAR's "honored" members.
F.E.A.R. Military Police (MP) - Pointless, who needs a police? Are you patrolling Venezia for trollers? Even if that's the case, you stink at that since you are way too inactive.
F.E.A.R. Supreme Court (FSC) - This still exists? Wow.
F.E.A.R. Intelligence Division (FID) - This still exists? Wow x2.
F.E.A.R. Covert Ops (FCO) - This still exists? Wow x3
F.E.A.R. Special OPs (FSO) - This group is completely pointless. The only reason it has so many members is because it's the only SONIC-owned division that any member can join.
FEAR's divisions are in an awful state. If you want to do something useful, here's my theory of what to do with each group:
Armacham Technology Corporation (ATC) - Work faster, or get more help.
F.E.A.R. Replica Forces (RF) - Go to war for once. Make it like a final battle squad.
F.E.A.R. Honors Division (HD) - Get rid of it.
F.E.A.R. Military Police (MP) - Either find a use for it, or get rid of it.
F.E.A.R. Supreme Court (FSC) - Make it operational. FEAR has way too many random demotions that come out of the blue. People deserve to appeal to the HCOM before they get demoted by some random Colonel.
F.E.A.R. Intelligence Division (FID) - Use it, or get rid of it.
F.E.A.R. Covert Ops (FCO) - FID=FCO. Let's be honest. Both of them focus on gathering intel other groups.
F.E.A.R. Special OPs (FSO) - Get rid of it.

F.E.A.R. Replica Forces (RF) - 9/10 - Very active group, it shows a theme, meaning that it is like a very own division, not like others(MP,SC,FSO) that seem to belong to FEAR. Plus, it's an elite group. But, Honors Division is kind of similar to that, showing the elite of FEAR. So, HCOM has to make a decision. Keep HD, or keep RF?
F.E.A.R. Honors Division (HD) - 8/10 Active group. But, it doesn't have any meetings, events, etc. I think it is just a display to lower class members, showing them the elite of FEAR. It needs the meetings, events, and other things. Also, what I said before for RF, HCOM needs to make a decision. HD or RF?
F.E.A.R. Military Police (MP) - 7/10 Good group. It serves a purpose to arrest the ones who have caused explicit or dangerous harm to Venezia and/or FEAR. Although, you have got to realize that this is just a game. You don't have to get the police to figure out the case. You can just call ROBLOX up, or anyone that can fix the problem, and say someone is exploiting, hacking, or anything.
F.E.A.R. Supreme Court (FSC) - 7/10 Same with MP. It is a good group, and it serves a purpose. But, you don't have to bring them to court. Call ROBLOX up, or anyone that can fix the problem.
F.E.A.R. Intelligence Division (FID) - 9/10 It serves a good purpose. Get information from hostiles, and keep them away from Venezia. Although, the group seems to be barely inactive. Make it a little more active.
F.E.A.R. Covert Ops (FCO) - 4/10 From what I've seen, this group has no purpose. What is the group supposed to be? Elite of FEAR? We already have some groups(only need 1) for that. However, it is organized and kind of proficient.
F.E.A.R. Special OPs (FSO) - 5/10 Okay, this one is really long because I don't want this group to shut down. We need to fix a lot of things, that's all. Now, this group is starting to really stink. All we do it trainings and HR meetings. But, we are trying to organize this group, so we can define the group name "Special Operations". We are going to do missions/operations for raiding forts and other things. We will still have trainings and meetings. Here comes my bad side about this. We are taking way too long to start these operations. I've been to the meetings, because I am a HR in FSO, and we discuss the subject way too hard and focus more on other things. It's simple, we start the operations, that's it. Also, we have HRs down to Sergeants in FEAR. No, that can't happen. It needs to be Officers+, that's it. There are many other things that need to be worked on in this group. In conclusion, we just need to reshape this group. |

F.E.A.R. Replica Forces (RF) - Purpose (8/10) Activity (7/10) Good division, pretty active, could use more teaching based trainings to take on new skills. For example, they were defeated in the first round of the JC Battle League. RF is good, don't get me wrong, just they are not as good as they need to be.
F.E.A.R. Honors Division (HD) - Purpose (6/10) Activity (6.5-7/10) Good divisions, I like it. Not to much of a purpose to it, but does it need one? Its a prestigious division, it makes you look good, makes you respected, well it should. Recently it's activity has picked up, but it is not a division that needs to be active either, that does not fit it's purpose. It's purpose has recently been altered, I have mixed feelings on that.
F.E.A.R. Military Police (MP) - Designated Purpose: (10/10) Activity (5-6/10)Its first role, and purpose put in place was needed, and it worked. When it was made, FEAR had AAers, corrupt High Ranks, it hunted them down and worked great with Supreme Court. Recently it has lost that, activity, and authority. It is no where near as "good" as it once was. There are still corrupt FEAR Members out there, they just are not finding them, and once they do, does anything happen? It's activity has decreased greatly, as well as its prestige. Needs another leader, not one to replace, just someone else needs to run MP with General Iroc.
F.E.A.R. Supreme Court (FSC) - Intended Purpose (10/10) Activity (1/10) Worked great with MP. MP made the arrests, SC tried them. Now SC is rendered useless, and inactive. It is still needed, if someone says otherwise they truly do not see the remaining corrupt in FEAR. SC needs to be brought back with not just an active leader, someone with an actual law background or something. People have said it's gotten' bias now, that is easy to fix for a court... SC is not any less bias than the average opinion of SC's bias acts.
F.E.A.R. Intelligence Division (FID) - Intended Purpose (9/10) Activity (7/10) In the past it was very active, worked very well, very good division. In recent it has lost it's touch, Bee has been doing pretty well with it though. I think it could use tougher more well thought of, and necessary assignments though...
F.E.A.R. Covert Ops (FCO) - Same as above.
F.E.A.R. Special OPs (FSO) - Purpose (2/10) Activity (4/10) What is its purpose, really? I have a few purposes in mind for it though... It needs another, yes another reform, but a good one, that will last. Needs an actual purpose, active High Ranks, tougher entrance requirements, needs to have "better" trainings than the main divisions, if that is to follow the purpose it will be given.
Those are just my thoughts, in a very very basic nutshell.

F.E.A.R. Military Police (MP) - 2/10 Need activity (Suprise ^) and they don't do anything. they have no power, there is no justice system. They don't arrest or anything, they are obsolite.

My point exacly. FEAR is falling and its these guys fault. It will never be the recruits fault, for the groups failure. Its the highranks. And whoever denys it proves my point.
A high ranks job is lead, train, and disipline the shoulders. THey have the power to remove the misconduct causers, and the power to train and disipline the others. they make the choices and plans.
Heres what I see. 80% Of Highcomm acting as recruits causing fights, and being in denial. By denial I mean like just arogance. Example: Can you get that tool for me? -says the Private "NO, YOUR NOT THE BOSS OF ME, IM BETTER, IVE DONE MORE, GET IT YOUR SELF"- says the corpral. And be in mind these people work under the same banner.

F.E.A.R. Replica Forces (RF) - 8/10 - Due to its activity I'm glad it is actually getting somewhere on some things, just keep it up and wait for war.
F.E.A.R. Honors Division (HD) - 3/10 - Pretty bad, but seriously a useless group that should probably be scrapped.
F.E.A.R. Military Police (MP) - 3/10 - Same with Honors but just really useless in a way.
F.E.A.R. Supreme Court (FSC) - 2/10 - Still not doing so well, try to get stuff up, because you might fall behind on things.
F.E.A.R. Intelligence Division (FID) - 8/10 - I heard the activity is excellent and that it is doing well so far right now. Hope to see better things from it.
F.E.A.R. Covert Ops (FCO) - 1/10 - I hope to just get rid of this, because it was basically a copy of FID which served no purpose and delayed FID.
