TDL did not decline the war ult, we postponed it seeing as our main focus is SoS war-wise. Crystal, if I have to explain it I will, however if you notice we are already in a war no explaining will be necessary. That implies we cannot be in a war with you, as previously stated. If you wish to be in a war, wait till the war with SoS, then HC ends. We may discuss terms now so once ready, the war may begin. |
