Realy you can't unless your a scripter like me get shirt texture and get my script put them together players who enter your game get a custom shirt

Use a good program. Like photoshop or paint.net

If you use paint.net, then use the 'erase' tool, the checkers you see on the shirt image means that it will be transparent when it is uploaded. And to erase a larger area, use the magic wand and click on an area, then hit 'ctrl + x' and it will delete everything in the selected area and make it transparent.

Or just use the magic tool to capture all the colours. Take all the colours out. make sure there's not a single colour in the boxes. Then save it. All clothign after you should use "save as"
