I think new players should start out with 300 tix so that they can buy a few items because its not fair that they have to be naked for 10 - 20 days with grey skin.

What if you cannot buy BC? No money for it? Our country is in economical problems. So many of the people are losing their job, and cannot search any work again.
So dont say: GET BC, not everyone can afford it.
