Is this Legal (or possible) To do through a ROBLOX Plugin?

What I want to do is create a plugin that will create a basic set of admin commands through GUI. Then I want to for each player to see if they have a certain IP adress, if so, they will be able to have the GUI administrator commands. This way, players will be able to moderate their games, no matter the account (even a guest if they wanted) just with a one device. Is this Legas for Roblox?

good luck reliably getting the player's ip.

Instead of using the IP why not just use the name. And since when can plugins be used out of studio?

because when the owner is ingame, everyone will pretend they ARENT h@©kers. When guest is on that is secretly the owner, people will use their "skills"
