A dispute over an SS agent who was punished by some authority in the administration (idk the name) occured, and the SS agent came to peartime and told him what happened. So pear led the US congress and himself (he was in the supreme court) to the Whitehouse, to try to get the guy impeached. It didn't happen so a snowball affect happened, and now the congress/pear were going for ijokers (presidentmarshalls) and the vice president's impeachment too.
So ijoker wouldnt let that happen to himself, so he claimed the government was "shut down". then since he's not man enough to deal with his own problems, as usual, he tries to make me force an apology out of pear. not happening.
Also Ijoker claims he gave away OFF to a friend, yet he won't name who it is. This is entirely false, and ijoker still has control of it.
