can't download roblox

When I press play it instructs me to install, but when I press "run" roblox never comes up my operating system is Windows 8 I've already tried restarting too

same. I have windows 8 too and have the same problem.. SOMEONE HELP US. I EMAILED ROBLOX THEY DIDN'T HELP AT ALL. I RESTARTED TOO, WHAT IS WITH THIS PROBLEM?
