It allows a group to lower its shirt prices past the 100 tix/1 robux mark with group funds by paying for the member themselves.

Really good idea, I like it. But there is a few problems. All the funds from bought shirts and pants go towards the group, so it would just be a more complicated way of a lower price floor =L
