Many computers already come with TTS systems. If we added this to ROBLOX, it could allow users to easily and quickly make cool voice effects.

Eh Chat Voice wouldn't use this anyways, loleris and mad studio team likes to have funny/interesting/comical sounds. Anyways no support, for obvious reasons it like super abusable just put a period between your words and bam around the curse filter.
