i think these 2 ways would help 1. shutdown best or just restart 2. try uninstalling and installing back look on a video to do that.

I will show you a few steps on how to restore your computer. Follow them exactly as i tell you or your going to mess up your computer, You are doing this under your responsibility I am not responsible for anything. Follow the steps listed below, 1. Go to start menu 2. Search up "System restore" Click the 1st option. 3. Follow what it tells you to do. 4. Go to the furthest date you have on the restore point or checkmark "View previous restore points" Or listed something like that. 5. Continue... 6. Wait till it restores. It will restart your laptop/Computer. 7. Restart it again. 8. Should be working fine. Note: There's not too much risk in this i do it often, So there's not too much problems. Good luck. Even if its fixed it's just a help to the others!
